At InkdMagic, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• You received the wrong item or a different size from what you ordered.
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized items (e.g., custom-printed T-shirts).
• Used, washed, or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival).
• Clearance or final sale items.

2. Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email info@inkdmagic.com or fill out our return request form within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect), and the reason for return.
3. Return Shipping:
   • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defect, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost.
   • If returning for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
4. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund or send a replacement within 7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is approved.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• If the item was purchased using a discount or promotional code, the refund will reflect the discounted price.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please request an exchange instead of a return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
