1. Eligibility for Returns

- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items:

- Used, washed, or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival).

2. Return Process

- Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect), and the reason for return.
- Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defect, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If returning for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
