Designer Terms and Conditions

  1. IntroductionThese Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation of designers (“Designer” or “You”) in our platform (“Company” or “We”). By submitting your application form, you agree to these Terms.
  2. EligibilityTo participate, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent. You must also hold the legal rights to all designs you submit.
  3. Submission and Approval

Designers may submit original artwork for use on T-shirts and other products.

The Company reserves the right to approve, modify, or reject any design at its sole discretion.

By submitting your application form, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and sell products featuring your design.

4.Payment and Royalties

Designers will receive 20% of the selling price for each product sold featuring their design.

Royalties will be generated only after the transaction with the purchaser is completed, including payment confirmation and any applicable return periods.

Payments will be made monthly via PayPal or GCash once earnings reach a minimum threshold of 500 pesos.

The Company is not responsible for transaction fees or currency conversion charges.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

Designers retain full ownership of their original artwork.

By submitting your application form, you confirm that they do not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

If any legal claims arise regarding your design, you will be solely responsible for resolving the matter.

  1. Prohibited ContentDesigns must not contain:

Hate speech, violence, discrimination, or illegal content.

Copyrighted or trademarked materials without proper authorization.

Explicit or adult content that violates platform guidelines.

  1. Termination

The Company reserves the right to remove designs or terminate accounts at any time for violation of these Terms.

Designers may request the removal of their designs with a written notice, but sales made before removal will still be subject to these Terms.

  1. Liability and Indemnification

The Company is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of your designs.

Designers agree to indemnify the Company against any claims related to copyright infringement or other legal disputes.

  1. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Designers will be notified of significant changes.

  1. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of The Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pampanga.

By submitting your application form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
